The role requires expert planning, scheduling, and remote collaboration with project teams, engineers, and subcontractors to keep on track and mitigate delays.

You will lead master schedules, analyze plans, monitor progress, and present reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in construction planning with lead/senior experience.
• Expert in Primavera P6, MS Project, and scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and resources.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication abilities.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain master project schedules using advanced planning software (e.g., Primavera P6).

• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying deviations and forecasting impacts on completion dates.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to gather schedule updates and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and implement strategies for schedule risk management and mitigation.
• Prepare regular, comprehensive schedule reports and presentations for senior management and project stakeholders.

Requirements
