Working exclusively from a remote location, you will collaborate with R&D chemists, engineers, and external partners to develop and optimize synthetic pathways and purification methods. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to develop novel chemical synthesis routes and optimize existing processes.

• Characterize reaction products and intermediates using analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC-MS, NMR).
• Develop and optimize purification strategies to achieve target product specifications.
• Evaluate the safety and environmental impact of new processes and identify potential hazards.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, present findings, and contribute to intellectual property documentation.

Requirements

• PhD in Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
