Key Responsibilities

• Define, document, and communicate the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap for digital transformation.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native architectures.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance our digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architectural designs are translated into effective code and solutions.
• Develop and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
• Identify architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Facilitate architectural review sessions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive innovation and explore emerging technologies relevant to digital transformation.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a significant focus on digital transformation and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures, APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Deep understanding of modern technology stacks, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent knowledge of security principles and best practices in cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in fully remote, agile teams.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience mentoring technical teams.
• Experience with data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML integration is a plus.
• Relevant cloud certifications are highly desirable.
