The ideal candidate has a PhD/Masters in CS/AI with 7+ years of CV-focused research, strong Python, and experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch. Remote-first culture supports flexible hours and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in CS/AI or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive AI research with strong CV focus.
• Proven expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras.
• Lead research projects from concept to production.
• Extensive experience with CV tasks and algorithms.
• Strong Python and OpenCV with scientific libraries.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D of state-of-the-art AI models in CV and DL.
• Design novel algorithms for image recognition, object detection, segmentation, and video analysis.
• Conduct rigorous experiments and evaluation for robustness and scalability.
• Mentor and guide a team of AI researchers and engineers.
• Publish findings in top AI conferences/journals.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate breakthroughs into viable solutions.
• Contribute to the strategic AI research roadmap within the company.
• Develop and maintain efficient codebases for research and deployment.
