Ideal candidates bring a PhD/MS in a quantitative field, 7+ years in data science with leadership experience, and strong skills in Python or R. Cloud and big data expertise are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Extensive experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, with expertise in relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage projects and mentor team members effectively.
• Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in the development of AI and machine learning models.
• Define and execute the company's AI and data science strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, from problem definition to deployment.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.
