The role focuses on production velocity, template customization, and visual asset creation, with hours aligned to US EST and a remote setup conducive to high-volume output.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional design experience.
• Agency experience is a major plus.
• Solid understanding of typography and grid systems.
• Strong communication in English and with US team.

Responsibilities

• Digital Asset Creation: produce social, banners, emails, and sales collateral.
• Web & Landing Page Edits: updates using Figma, Webflow, WordPress.
• Workflow & Task Management: manage boards in Monday.com.
• Brand Consistency: adhere to client brand guidelines and design systems.
• Creative Production & Versioning: resize, format, and export assets.
• Team Collaboration: work with creative directors, leads, and managers.
