The program is designed for individuals with little to no professional experience, emphasizing practical skills and a pathway to full-time employment upon successful completion.

Qualificações

• Strong desire to learn and build a career in software development.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts (variables, loops, conditionals).
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript) is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setting.
• Access to reliable internet and a suitable home setup.
• Willingness to commit to the full apprenticeship duration.
• Demonstrable personal projects or coding challenges are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist senior developers in design, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
• Learn and apply programming languages and development tools as directed by mentors.
