You will learn modern programming languages, agile practices, and the full software development lifecycle while contributing to real projects and potentially moving into a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent with strong math and logic foundations.
• Genuine passion for coding and software development.
• Basic understanding of at least one language (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote teamwork.
• Eligible to undertake an apprenticeship in South Africa.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing, testing, and debugging code under guidance.
• Learn object-oriented programming principles.
• Participate in code reviews and improve code quality.
• Develop understanding of version control systems (Git).
• Collaborate on software design and architecture.
• Assist in developing APIs and backend services.
• Learn and utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for development.
