Qualifications

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with requirements gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Model business processes to identify improvements.
• Translate needs into functional specs and user stories.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and process diagrams.
• Support QA in developing test cases and validating solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business users and developers.
• Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
