This fully remote role leverages extensive operat ional ATC background to create challenging training environments for controllers worldwide, contributing to aviation safety and training from your home office.

Qualifications

• Current or recently held Air Traffic Controller license/certification with significant operational experience.
• Demonstrated experience in aviation training, simulation, or scenario development.
• Deep understanding of air traffic management principles, procedures, and communication protocols.
• Proficiency with simulation software and virtual training environments.
• Excellent communication, instructional, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex air traffic control scenarios for simulator training.
