Mycareercraft is seeking a highly organized Remote Inventory Management Specialist to oversee and optimize inventory levels across manufacturing and distribution points. This fully remote role emphasizes data analysis, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration to minimize stockouts and reduce excess inventory.

You will work independently to monitor and forecast inventory, improve procedures, and ensure data integrity while contributing to the financial health of a manufacturing business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management in manufacturing/retail environment.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels across all locations, ensuring accuracy through regular audits.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast demand, identify trends, and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate virtually with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inventory with business needs.
• Manage stock control systems and ensure data integrity within the ERP.
• Identify opportunities to reduce carrying costs and minimize waste or obsolescence.
