Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and build pipeline. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and shaping the first impression of Blacksmith Agency.

This is thoughtful outreach, not mass spamming, leveraging LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
