Job summary

Placements24 seeks a seasoned Remote Information Security Manager to define and drive the organization's cybersecurity strategy from a home office. You will lead a distributed security team, shape robust security programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a strong risk posture.

You will manage incident response, disaster recovery, and policy development, collaborating with stakeholders to embed a security-forward culture across the company.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Security or related field (CISSP/CISM preferred).
• 10+ years in information security, with minimum 5 years in management/leadership.
• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise security programs/frameworks.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, incident response, and threat intelligence.
• Experience leading remote teams and driving virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic information security roadmap aligned with business goals and risk appetite.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of security analysts and engineers.
