Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive information security engineering experience focused on infrastructure security.
• Strong cloud security experience (AWS, Azure or GCP) and container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash or PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS and EDR technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure with strong protections against threats.
• Develop and automate security controls and processes via scripting and programming.
• Implement and manage security tools including firewalls and monitoring solutions.
• Conduct regular security assessments and provide hardening recommendations.
• Lead incident response efforts and document findings thoroughly.
