Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, R, Python) and process modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement in a virtual setting.
