You will lead workshops, create implementation roadmaps, and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels. Remote, contract-based with potential on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• PhD is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial engineering with management consulting/advisory.
• Proven track record delivering complex operational improvement projects.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), Theory of Constraints.
• Advanced analytical skills including statistical modeling, simulation, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; able to influence at all levels.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a remote consulting environment.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
