Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Kinesiology, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related role with a specialization in ergonomics and safety.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ergonomic assessment tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex work environments remotely.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and educating a remote workforce.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ergonomic assessments of job tasks and work environments to identify potential risks and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement strategies to reduce workplace injuries and musculoskeletal disorders through ergonomic interventions.
• Develop and deliver training programs on ergonomic principles, safe work practices, and injury prevention to remote employees and management.
• Analyze accident and incident data to identify trends and develop targeted safety and ergonomic improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with facilities, operations, and HR teams to ensure that workspace designs and operational procedures promote safety and well-being.
