Job summary

ALPLA Group seeks a Specialized Industrial Cleaning & Waste Management Specialist for a fully remote role. You will oversee complex cleaning operations, hazardous waste handling, and compliance across industrial sites, driving safe, sustainable practices while advising on on-site teams remotely.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in environmental science or chemical engineering, at least 5 years in industrial cleaning and waste management, and excellent remote communication skills to

Qualifications

May hold a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
Experience in industrial cleaning and hazardous waste management is required.
Strong remote communication and presentation abilities are essential.
Proven ability to develop and implement environmental plans and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

Develop remote cleaning programs and waste management strategies.
Conduct remote assessments and tailor action plans for client sites.
Provide guidance on hazardous waste handling, containment and disposal.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
Advise on cleaning agents, equipment and techniques for specialized processes.
Create training materials and conduct remote sessions for client personnel.
Monitor waste streams, analyze data, and identify cost-saving improvements.
Stay updated on regulations and best practices in environmental management.
Respond to emergencies and incidents with remote support.
Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams for sustainable operations.
