About the Role

Our client, a national leader in commercial cleaning and facilities management, is actively seeking a diligent and experienced Remote Hygiene Compliance Officer to join their virtual operations team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring that cleaning and sanitation standards across all client sites, particularly those in the Pretoria, Gauteng region and beyond, meet rigorous regulatory requirements and client expectations. The successful candidate will leverage technology and communication tools to conduct virtual audits, develop compliance reports, and provide guidance to on-site teams. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote virtual inspections and audits of client sites to assess compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Review and analyze operational data, reports, and feedback to identify potential compliance gaps.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address non-compliance issues.
• Provide expert guidance and support to on-site cleaning teams and facility managers via digital communication channels.
• Maintain comprehensive records of audits, findings, and corrective actions taken.

Requirements
