Placements24 is seeking a proactive Virtual Hygiene Compliance Officer to manage sanitation standards remotely for facilities around George. You will develop, implement, and monitor hygiene protocols via digital tools, audits, and reporting, ensuring compliance without on-site visits.

The role requires interpreting health and safety regulations, training site supervisors through virtual platforms, and guiding dispersed teams to uphold high sanitation levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hygiene management, regulatory compliance, or sanitation supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software, as well as virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to influence and guide others remotely.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation policies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory mandates.
• Conduct remote audits and assessments of cleaning processes, waste management, and pest control using digital tools and data analysis.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations across all designated sites, reporting any deviations.
• Train and support site supervisors and cleaning staff on proper sanitation techniques and protocols via virtual platforms.
• Investigate and resolve any reported sanitation issues or customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all compliance activities, inspections, and training sessions.
