You will create personalized wellness plans, coach on mindful eating, stress management and sleep, and monitor progress.
Qualifications
- Certification in holistic wellness or nutrition required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Wellness Coach or Nutrition Advisor.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition science and dietary guidelines.
- Understanding of mind-body connection and stress management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' health goals.
- Develop personalized holistic wellness and nutrition plans.
- Provide guidance on healthy eating, mindful eating, and supplements.
- Coach clients on stress management, sleep hygiene, and lifestyle changes.
- Motivate clients to set realistic goals and sustain changes.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate on mind–body–spirit connection for well-being.
- Stay updated with nutrition and wellness research.
- Maintain confidential client records.
- Promote services and build client relationships.
