Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Holistic Wellness Coach to join a fully remote team. You will guide clients in Durban and beyond with personalized plans covering nutrition, mindfulness, stress management, and lifestyle changes, all from home.

The role emphasizes compassionate coaching and evidence-based practices. You will conduct virtual assessments, develop action plans, and provide ongoing coaching via video calls, while tracking progress and staying current with wellness trends.

Qualifications

Certified Holistic Wellness Coach with 4+ years of remote coaching experience.
Strong knowledge of nutrition, mindfulness, stress management, and lifestyle coaching.
Excellent communication and empathetic listening to support client growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual assessments to understand clients' holistic health goals and current lifestyle.
Develop personalized wellness action plans focusing on nutrition, stress reduction, sleep, and mindful living.
Provide ongoing one-on-one coaching sessions via video conferencing.
Educate clients on evidence-based wellness practices and habit formation.
Track client progress, adjust plans, and celebrate achievements.
Collaborate with the wellness content team to create engaging resources.
Stay updated on the latest research and trends in holistic health.
Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
