Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar outbound role.
• Ability to research and identify target accounts.
• Strong written communication and personalization.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and provide feedback to the sales team.
