Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead all online marketing efforts in a fully remote capacity. You will develop, implement, and manage multi-channel strategies to boost brand awareness, acquisition, and revenue, collaborating across teams to drive performance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in digital marketing, with leadership experience, strong SEO/SEM, content and email marketing expertise, and proficiency with analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Excellent leadership and remote-work communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies across all online channels.
• Manage budgets for paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs.
• Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
• Oversee content marketing strategy including planning, creation, and distribution of valuable content.
• Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
