You will collaborate with program staff to gather necessary data, analyze funder requirements, and prepare persuasive narratives that articulate impact and outcomes. The role requires strong writing, research, and reporting skills in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of grant writing and fundraising experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills for persuasive content.
• Proven ability to identify and analyze diverse funding opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
• Analyze grant guidelines and eligibility criteria for strategic alignment.
• Write clear, persuasive grant proposals, reports, and related documents, tailored to funder requirements.
• Collaborate with program managers, finance staff, and stakeholders to gather data and budgets.
• Develop and maintain a database of grant prospects, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
• Manage grant submission process to ensure timely and accurate applications.
• Cultivate relationships with foundation program officers and contacts.
• Track grant awards and ensure compliance with reporting obligations.
• Monitor trends in philanthropy relevant to education initiatives.
• Assist in developing grant budgets and financial justifications.
