You will assist with planning, scheduling, documentation, and communication across distributed teams, helping project managers deliver diverse initiatives from your location with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Zoom).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Help develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
• Facilitate project communication among team members and stakeholders through various virtual channels.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and meeting minutes.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring all files are organized and accessible.
• Support the identification and tracking of project risks and issues.
