Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a highly autonomous marketer to own end-to-end Google Ads campaigns for DTC/eCommerce clients. You’ll directly contact clients, defend decisions, and own the full funnel from feed to conversion.

You’ll audit, optimize PMax/Shopping, and build landing pages with AI tools to drive incremental growth. You will manage large monthly budgets, coordinate across GA4, GTM, Shopify, and landing pages, and report results with Loom walkthroughs.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads with real money and meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
Fluent in the full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM.
Experience with Shopify stores and building landing pages.
Ability to own client relationships and present results and plans.
Comfort analyzing attribution and defending your recommendations.

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct point of contact.
Audit campaigns before touching them and present findings via Loom walkthrough.
Run brand and non-brand separately with clear reporting.
Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene, titles, promos, and Shopping impact.
Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify goal imports; reconcile numbers.
Diagnose bottlenecks and build pages, scripts, and reporting to remove constraints.
Build landing pages and AI-driven assets to accelerate growth.
