Placements24 is seeking a highly qualified Remote Golf Fitness Coach to join our innovative digital platform, serving clients nationwide from our base in South Africa. You will design and deliver personalized golf fitness programs to improve performance, prevent injuries, and enhance athletic capabilities through virtual coaching sessions.

You will work with golfers of all levels, leveraging technology to provide engaging coaching, track progress, and stay current with golf science.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with golf fitness specialization.
• Minimum 3 years coaching golfers or athletes in fitness.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics, kinesiology, and exercise physiology related to golf.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of clients' physical condition, golf swing biomechanics, and fitness goals.
• Design and implement individualized, progressive training programs focusing on strength, flexibility, power, and injury prevention specific to golf.
• Deliver one-on-one and group virtual coaching sessions via video conferencing, providing expert guidance and motivation.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to track client progress, provide feedback, and adjust training plans as needed.
• Educate clients on proper exercise technique, nutrition, and recovery strategies to optimize performance and well-being.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in golf-specific fitness and sports science.

Key Responsibilities
