This fully remote role requires managing turf standards, guest experience, facility performance, and financials from a distance, with leadership of on-site teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep golf course management experience, strong analytics, and the ability to drive remote team performance, sustainability, and profitability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in golf course management with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage operations from distance.
• Strong budgets, cost control and efficiency improvement track record.
• Solid turfgrass, agronomy and sustainable maintenance knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with golf course management software and digital tools.
• Degree or certification in Golf Course Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple golf courses remotely.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to improve conditions and profitability.
• Monitor budgets, capital expenditures and costs across properties.
• Provide leadership and remote support to on-site superintendents and general managers.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Drive sustainability, water management and eco-friendly turf practices.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify improvements and actions.
• Build strong relationships with staff, management and external stakeholders.
• Enhance golfer experience from booking to completion of rounds.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends.
