Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 6+ years in strategic sourcing and procurement, tech/manufacturing focus.
• Proven global sourcing leadership and high-value contract negotiations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for technology components and services.
• Identify, assess, qualify new suppliers on capability, cost, quality, reliability.
• Lead negotiations for long-term supply agreements and service contracts.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance targets.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify sourcing risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to align sourcing with roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs within the supply base.
• Ensure compliance with legal and procurement policies.
