Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects within our global Building Engineering practice. You will oversee complex programmes, direct project teams, and drive successful delivery across scope, budget, and schedule in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate experience in built environment projects with senior leadership.
• Registered or certified PM professionals with SACPCMP or PMI credentials.
• Experience in procurement, contracting, or planning.
• Proven ability to lead large interdisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day project management for complex projects or major programmes.
• Leads multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring scope, budget, time and quality.
• Develops effective client and team communications to meet expectations.
• Supports bids and business development with technical leadership.
