The ideal candidate has an MBA or Master's degree with 10+ years in senior leadership, a track record of closing multi-million deals, and exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in global markets.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate strategy, with significant senior leadership.
• Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies and closing multi-million dollar deals.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and global business development practices.
• Experience in remote team leadership and managing distributed workforces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansions.
• Lead and mentor the business development team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations.
• Negotiate and close complex deals, including strategic alliances, joint ventures, and key client contracts.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
