Job summary

Parvana is seeking a remote Senior Business Development professional to drive RFIs/RFPs and generate outbound opportunities across global markets. The role emphasizes AI-assisted prototyping, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end opportunity ownership.

You will work remotely with teams across Johannesburg and London, contributing to complex bids, commercial modelling, and pipeline management while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of relevant commercial, sales, pre-sales, or business development experience.
• Experience contributing to competitive RFP/RFI responses with strong written proposals.
• Demonstrated ability to generate outbound opportunities and discuss sales metrics for growth.
• Hands-on capability with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools (Claude, Cursor, v0).

Responsibilities

• Conduct researched, personalized and targeted RFIs.
• Attend global innovation conferences and network with stakeholders.
• Run initial conversations to qualify opportunities and filter leads.
• Use AI-assisted tools to create rapid prototypes and collaborate on POCs.
• Own complex opportunities including response planning, demos, and presentations.
• Track leads, follow-ups and pipeline health in the CRM.
