Placements24 is seeking a remote AI Research Engineer specializing in Generative Models to join a leading AI research lab. You will design, implement, and evaluate novel algorithms for LLMs, diffusion models, and GANs.

You will build scalable training infrastructure, analyze model performance, and collaborate with a global team of researchers. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and broad computational resources.

Formación

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in CS/AI or a related field.
• Strong theoretical understanding and practical experience with generative models.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Research and develop state-of-the-art generative AI models including LLMs and diffusion models.
• Design, implement, and test new algorithms and architectures for generative tasks.
• Build and optimize large-scale training pipelines for complex models.
• Analyze model performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on research hypotheses.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers globally via remote tools.
• Stay updated with latest publications and industry trends in GenAI.
• Contribute to the development of new AI products and features powered by generative models.
• Document findings and present work at conferences and internal meetings.
• Ensure the ethical development and deployment of generative AI technologies.
• Contribute to open-source AI community where applicable.
