The successful candidate will manage a high-performing legal function, guide governance and regulatory strategy, and oversee external counsel and budgets, all while operating in a distributed, remote setup.

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with a minimum of 15 years of progressive legal experience, including significant experience as General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel.
• Broad expertise across corporate law, M&A, intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing legal operations within a remote or distributed team structure.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
