The ideal candidate is an admitted attorney with at least 6 years in corporate or commercial law, capable of handling complex deals, contracts, and regulatory matters while upholding high standards of communication and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney or advocate with at least 6 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Experience providing strategic legal advice on complex corporate transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents remotely.
• Ensure compliance with applicable national and international laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage corporate secretarial duties and maintain statutory registers for entities.
• Advise on governance best practices and internal policy development.
