Job summary

Affinity International is seeking a Full Stack Developer to take full technical ownership of its existing software ecosystem. You will audit, document, and evolve live platforms including accounting, CRM, shipment management, client portal, and quoting system, all connected via APIs.

This is a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility. The position is fully remote and aligned with US Eastern Standard Time business hours, requiring strong independence and the ability to operate across multiple

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent; a diploma/degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is advantageous.
• Solid experience as a full stack developer with responsibility for live, business-critical software.
• Proven experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with MongoDB, including design, querying, and performance considerations.
• Experience deploying and maintaining apps on cloud platforms with secure credential management and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of inherited production applications, auditing and documenting code, databases, deployments, and integrations.
• Maintain and improve the accounting, CRM, shipment management, quoting, and client-facing platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve production bugs, integration failures, and performance issues promptly and methodically.
• Develop new front-end and back-end features in line with business requirements.
• Build, maintain, and document APIs connecting internal platforms and external services.
• Manage deployments, environment configurations, domains, SSL certificates, and cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain database integrity, security, backups, and access controls; implement monitoring, logging, and error reporting.
