Placements24 is seeking a talented Full Stack Blockchain Developer to join a fully remote team with key operational ties to Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will build and enhance decentralized applications, shaping both frontend experiences and backend blockchain integration.

The role requires 4+ years in full-stack development (2+ in blockchain), with proficiency in React, Vue.js, or Angular, Solidity, web3.js or ethers.js, and backend languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in full-stack development, 2+ years in blockchain.
• Strong frontend framework skills: React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Experience with Solidity and web3.js/ethers.js.
• Backend proficiency: Node.js, Python or Go.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Docker experience; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of dApps.
• Integrate smart contracts with UI using web3 libraries.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for decentralized apps.
• Write and deploy smart contracts with Solidity.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver features.
• Build robust APIs and services with Node.js, Python or Go.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and code quality.
