Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance decentralized applications (dApps) and their associated smart contracts.
• Design and implement user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Build robust back-end services and APIs that interact with blockchain networks.
• Write, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts (e.g., Solidity).
• Integrate front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers through remote communication tools.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to improving development processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, from the UI to the blockchain layer.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology, Web3, and full-stack development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proven experience with blockchain development, including smart contract programming (Solidity preferred) and dApp integration.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js).
• Strong back-end development skills with experience in languages like Node.js, Python, or Go, and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with blockchain development tools and libraries (e.g., Hardhat, Web3.js, Ethers.js).
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized architectures.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in a remote work setting, with a proactive and self-disciplined approach.
