Job summary

Alignerr is seeking experienced entrepreneurship educators and business experts to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on startups, innovation, and business planning. Location is remote with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week, on an hourly task-based contract.

Your real-world knowledge will shape how AI understands entrepreneurial concepts and communicates them to future founders. You will review startup scenarios, assess the realism of business models and go-to-market strategies, and

Qualifications

3+ years teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or business planning.
Strong understanding of early-stage business models and startup decision-making.
Ability to evaluate written business plans, pitch decks, and growth strategies.
Clear, applied feedback in written form.

Responsibilities

Review startup and entrepreneurship scenarios used in AI training datasets.
Assess the quality and realism of business models, assumptions, and go-to-market strategies.
Identify flawed reasoning, unrealistic projections, or oversimplified advice.
Provide structured, practical feedback to improve AI output quality.
Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your schedule.
