Alignerr Corp. (Powered by Labelbox) is hiring a Management & Leadership Instructor for AI training. This remote, hourly-contract role offers 10–40 hours per week.

You will review AI-generated management scenarios and help improve how AI models reason about team dynamics, incentives, and organizational structure. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of postsecondary teaching in management or leadership and strong knowledge of organizational behavior.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level

• Comfortable reviewing and assessing written scenarios, recommendations, and reasoning
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
