As a freelance Content Writer at Designity, you’ll contribute to a variety of client projects on an hourly basis, creating high-quality content that informs, educates, and builds lasting connections between brands and their audiences.

You’ll use AI-powered tools to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency, and collaborate with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams while enjoying the flexibility to work on projects that match your expertise and availability.

Your role

• Write clear, engaging, and well-structured long-form content across blogs, articles, and website pages
• Create compelling copy for paid social ads, organic social captions, email campaigns, and broader marketing initiatives.
• Research topics, industry trends, and audience needs to create accurate and valuable content.
• Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research, search intent, content structure, and on-page optimization, to improve visibility and performance.
• Adapt writing style and tone to different brands, audiences, and industries while maintaining consistency and clarity.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and other creatives to align content with broader brand and marketing strategies.
• Edit and refine content to ensure high standards of grammar, readability, and overall quality.
• Use AI tools to support research, streamline workflows, and enhance content effectiveness.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in content writing, editorial, or similar roles, supported by a strong portfolio of long-form and short-form digital content.
• Proven ability to write informative, engaging content tailored to different audiences and industries.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience optimizing content for organic performance.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, accessible content.
• Experience using AI tools to improve content quality and efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
