Key Responsibilities :
Comprehensive Support : Manage daily administrative tasks including email correspondence document preparation and data management.
Schedule Optimization : Coordinate and optimize the founders calendar ensuring efficient time management and preparedness for meetings.
Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary liaison between the founder and internal and external stakeholders maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Project Assistance : Support in planning and executing projects tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Insightful Research and Strategy Development : Conduct research on industry trends emerging technologies potential business opportunities and strategic initiatives to support informed decisionmaking and longterm planning.
Technical Assistance : Utilize your technology background to assist with technical tasks troubleshoot issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
Financial Analysis : Perform financial forecasting understand key performance metrics and track them effectively to provide insights that support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
Process Enhancement : identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
Versatile Support : Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive attitude by undertaking tasks of varying scope and complexity to support the founder effectively. Qualifications :
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in applicable roles preferably within the technology sector. Experience as a founder or in a business leadership position is highly desirable.
Education : A bachelors degree in business administration information technology finance or a related field is preferred.
Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of technology concepts and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace project management software (e.g. Asana Trello) and communication platforms (e.g. Slack Zoom).
Financial Acumen : Proficiency in financial analysis forecasting and understanding of financial metrics with the ability to use accounting software and tools to manage budgets and financial reports.
Organizational Skills : exceptional ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
ProblemSolving : demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
