Qualifications

• Experience with remote collaboration tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research and development of new FMCG products from concept to commercialization.
• Conduct feasibility studies, ingredient sourcing, and formulation development.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs teams to ensure product success.
• Perform sensory evaluations and product testing to guarantee quality and consumer acceptance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in product development.
• Optimize existing product formulations for cost, quality, and performance.
