Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a fully remote FMCG-focused team. You will develop and manage campaigns across SEO/SEM, social, email, and display, while crafting engaging content and leveraging data analytics to optimize performance.

You will monitor metrics, run A/B tests, collaborate with remote teams, and stay ahead of digital trends to grow brand visibility and online engagement for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 3–5 years in digital marketing with online campaigns.
• Experience in FMCG sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media tools, and email software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, website blogs, and email newsletters, aligning with brand voice and strategy.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other digital metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns and improve user experience.
• Manage social media communities, responding to comments and messages professionally.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaign execution.
• Conduct A/B testing on marketing assets to identify the most effective approaches.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Manage relationships with external digital agencies and vendors as needed.
• Contribute to the development of the overall digital marketing strategy and roadmap.
