Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is hiring a Decision Support Analyst to join its Finance team. You will analyze performance with Finance Business Partners and operational teams, support budgeting and forecasting, and troubleshoot data across several systems.

You will translate complex questions into structured analyses, deliver actionable insights, and help improve data quality and reporting processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, finance, or a related role.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and basic modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance BPs and operations to analyze performance and support decisions.
• Build and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial models.
• Validate and troubleshoot data across multiple systems and sources.
• Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics with a focus on accuracy.
