Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks a Field Application Specialist for Flow Cytometry/Hematology to provide scientific and application support across African markets. You will help laboratories adopt and optimize our solutions, build user confidence and collaborate with commercial and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have flow cytometry experience and a strong hematology background, with laboratory or application support expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in flow cytometry and/or hematology gained in lab, clinical, research or support environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain concepts to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and application support on flow cytometry analyzers, reagents and software.
• Deliver instrument demonstrations, training and workflow assessments to optimize usage.
• Assist customers with sample prep, instrument operation and data analysis.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and promote solutions.
• Support channel partners with guidance, demonstrations and training.
