Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in Africa seeks a Field Application Specialist – Flow Cytometry/Hematology to provide scientific and application support to customers and partners across African markets. You will help laboratories adopt and optimize our solutions, build user confidence and collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in biology, biomedical sciences, or related field or equivalent training.
• Several years of practical experience in flow cytometry and/or hematology in a lab or support role.
• Experience with multicolor flow cytometry, sample prep and data analysis is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and application support on flow cytometry analyzers, reagents and software.
• Deliver instrument and reagent demonstrations, trainings and workflow assessments.
• Support sample preparation, instrument operation and data analysis with appropriate guidance.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and demonstrate solution value.
• Help implement new applications and assist service teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Develop channel partners through demonstrations and technical training.
• Represent Beckman Coulter Life Sciences at exhibitions and workshops.
• Share customer feedback to strengthen support and identify opportunities.
