Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Farm Management Software Specialist to guide farmers in adopting and optimizing farm management systems. The role focuses on remote consultation, training, and strategic advice to improve productivity and sustainability across diverse farms.

You will train, support, and tailor workflows while staying current with major platforms. A strong background in agriculture or IT and hands-on software experience are essential for success in this fully remote position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience with farm management software such as John Deere Operations Center, Climate FieldView, Agrivi or FarmLogs.
Strong remote communication and client training abilities; capable of independent work with multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

Provide expert remote consultation on selection, implementation, and use of farm management software.
Train farmers and farm managers on software features and best practices.
Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for software issues.
Develop customized workflows and reporting configurations based on farm needs.
Analyze farm data to provide insights and support decision-making.
Stay updated with leading farm software features and relay feedback to product teams.
