Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning operations across multiple sites from a distance. This fully remote role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a solid understanding of cleaning standards and health & safety regulations.

You will supervise remote teams, develop schedules, monitor performance using digital tools, and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in cleaning supervision or facility management.
• Proven ability to manage operations remotely with strong organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning methodologies and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency with digital tools for project management and performance tracking.
• Experience with problem-solving and conflict resolution in remote settings.
• Ability to work independently with high productivity.
• Experience training staff virtually is highly desirable.
• Must have reliable internet and a suitable home office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage remote cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to standards.
